The Hernandez family's passion for authentic Mexican cuisine is expanding to a new generation and a new location. We're proud to announce that Aram and Jocsan Hernandez, sons of our founder Alex Hernandez, have opened their own Mexican restaurant in Bellingham, WA – Ay Chihuahua Cantina!

For nearly 30 years, Chihuahua Mexican Restaurant has been serving delicious, authentic Mexican dishes to our loyal customers in Ferndale. Many of you have watched our family grow alongside our business, from our humble beginnings in 1994 to becoming one of the largest Mexican restaurants in Washington State.

Now, Aram and Jocsan are following in their father's footsteps, bringing the same dedication to quality and authenticity that you've come to expect from the Hernandez family to their new venture.
